- Vehicle Identification Number (VIN): the VIN you submit at checkout, used solely to generate your vehicle history report.
- Contact information: your name and email address, used to deliver your report and communicate with you about your order.
- Payment information: processed securely by Shopify Payments. We do not directly store your full payment card details.
How We Use Your Information
We use the VIN and contact details you provide solely to generate and deliver your vehicle history report, and to provide customer support related to your order. We do not use your VIN or personal information for any other purpose without your consent.
Sharing With Third-Party Data Providers
To generate your report, we submit the VIN you provide to third-party vehicle history data sources. This is necessary to fulfill your order. We do not share your name, email, or payment information with these data providers beyond what is required to retrieve the report.
Data Storage & Retention
Order information, including the VIN and your contact details, is stored within our Shopify store's order records. We retain this information only as long as necessary to fulfill your order, comply with legal and tax obligations, and resolve any disputes.
Your Rights
You can request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, or request that we delete it, by emailing oetayeb@gmail.com. Note that we may need to retain certain order records for legal or accounting purposes.
Security
We rely on Shopify's secure infrastructure to process payments and store order data. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.
