VinDive sells a single digital product: a vehicle history report. There is no physical shipping involved in any order.

Digital Delivery Only

No physical item is shipped to you. Your vehicle history report is prepared manually based on the VIN you provide and delivered as a PDF file directly to the email address you provide at checkout.

Delivery Window

We aim to deliver every report by email within 1 hour of purchase. Delivery is manual, not automatic or instant — a real person reviews your VIN and prepares your report before sending it.

What To Do If You Haven't Received Your Report

If more than 1 hour has passed and you haven't received your report (including in your spam or promotions folder), please contact us at oetayeb@gmail.com with your order number, and we'll look into it right away.

No Shipping Charges

Because nothing is physically shipped, no shipping fees are charged on any order.
