Refund Policy

VinDive provides digital vehicle history reports based on the VIN you submit at checkout. Because this is a digital, manually-prepared service, refund eligibility depends on the delivery status of your order, as outlined below.
Before your report is delivered
If you change your mind or need to cancel before we've started or completed your report, contact us at oetayeb@gmail.com and we'll issue a full refund, no questions asked.
If your VIN is invalid or a report cannot be generated
If the VIN you submitted is invalid, formatted incorrectly, or our data sources are unable to return a report for that vehicle, we will notify you and issue a full refund to your original payment method. We do not offer store credit in this situation — you'll receive your money back.
After your report has been delivered
Once we've emailed your completed report, the order is considered fulfilled. Because this is a digital product containing information that cannot be "returned," we do not offer refunds after delivery, except in the case described below.
If we miss our delivery window
We aim to deliver every report by email within 1 hour of purchase. If we fail to deliver within a reasonable time beyond that window and have not contacted you with an explanation, you're entitled to a full refund — just reach out to us.
How to request a refund
Email oetayeb@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your request. We aim to respond to all refund requests within 1 business day.
