Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return

Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you the outcome. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or Defective Items
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We'll arrange a free replacement or full refund.

Exchanges
We replace items only if defective or damaged. Email us to start an exchange.
