These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of VinDive ("we," "us," "our") and your purchase of vehicle history reports through our store. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

VinDive sells a single digital product: a vehicle history report compiled using third-party vehicle data sources, based on the Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) you provide at checkout. Reports are prepared manually and delivered by email, typically within 1 hour of purchase. No physical item is shipped.

2. Data Accuracy Disclaimer

Vehicle history reports are compiled from third-party data sources that we do not own, control, or independently verify. While we make reasonable efforts to provide accurate and complete information, we cannot guarantee that any report is 100% accurate, complete, or up to date. Vehicle history databases may contain gaps, delays, or errors that are outside of our control.

3. No Liability for Purchase Decisions

Reports are provided for informational purposes only. VinDive is not responsible or liable for any decision you make to buy, sell, finance, insure, or otherwise transact involving a vehicle based on a report we provide. You should use a vehicle history report as one of several tools — alongside an independent inspection — when evaluating a vehicle, and we strongly encourage you to do so.

4. Order & Delivery

Reports are prepared manually after you submit a valid VIN. We aim to deliver every report by email within 1 hour. If a VIN is invalid or a report cannot be generated, see our Refund Policy.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to provide an accurate VIN for a vehicle you have a legitimate interest in, and not to use VinDive's reports for any unlawful purpose, including stalking, harassment, or unauthorized surveillance of any individual.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, VinDive's total liability for any claim arising from your use of our service is limited to the amount you paid for the report in question.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our store after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
