Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping at VINDive. Here's everything you need to know about how we ship.

Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
We offer the following shipping options at checkout:

- Standard Shipping: 5–8 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days
- Overnight Shipping: 1 business day (order must be placed before 12 PM CST)

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order weight and destination.

Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on orders over a qualifying amount (displayed at checkout).

Domestic Shipping (USA)
We ship to all 50 US states, including Alaska and Hawaii.

International Shipping
At this time, we primarily ship within the United States. If you're located outside the US and are interested in placing an order, please contact us at jamesbrooks9831@hotmail.com to discuss options.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update in the carrier's system.

Shipping Delays
VINDive is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us and we'll do our best to help.

Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package, please first check with neighbors and your building. Then contact the carrier. If the issue remains unresolved, email us at jamesbrooks9831@hotmail.com within 7 days of the marked delivery date.

Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. VINDive is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
